Contact our customer service team via our online portal or email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your order details.
Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and pack it securely in its original Cane-line protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule Collection
For large furniture items, our logistics partner will contact you to arrange a convenient pickup time; smaller accessories can be dropped off at an authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the items to ensure they meet our quality standards, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
